Sigma Health Rehab is excited to offer a part time Physical Therapy (PT) position to join our team of skilled therapists in a Skilled Nursing Facility . What we offer our Physical Therapists: Duties of an exceptional therapist include: Evaluate residents conditions & develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans Relieve resident's pain using exercises, hands-on therapy & stretching Help residents through their tasks and monitor their performance Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants Maintain resident confidence & protects facility by keeping information confidential Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members &PT Requirements Include: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program Current New York State PT License Ontario Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, Canandaigua, New York .
