What You'll Do
- Evaluate residents and develop treatment plans around their individual goals
- Provide therapy for walking, balance, strength, and transfers
- Reassess progress and adjust treatment as residents' needs change
- Document care and coordinate with nursing and other therapists
- A part-time schedule and support from the therapy team
- Unlimited referral bonus, with up to $1,000 per successful referral
- Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
