At Teays Physical Therapy Center, you'll join a collaborative outpatient team providing personalized care to patients of all ages with a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions. Our St. Albans clinic offers comprehensive rehabilitation services including orthopedic rehabilitation, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injury care, balance and fall prevention, hand therapy, pelvic health therapy, concussion therapy, neurorehabilitation, work-related injury rehabilitation, massage therapy, and McKenzie Method treatment. You'll have the opportunity to deliver evidence-based care while helping patients restore function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy most. Our therapist-led team is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes through compassionate, hands-on care.

Your Role

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for outpatient physical therapy patients.
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
• Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, balance, neurological, vestibular, concussion, and work-related injury patients.
• Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation utilizing available technology and support resources.
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture focused on exceptional care and service.
