Responsibilities
- Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with a variety of physical rehabilitation needs
- Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing professional development
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
