Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient (Contract)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist for a full-time contract position in an outpatient clinic . The PT will evaluate, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients recover mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function.
Responsibilities
Provide patient-centered physical therapy services in an outpatient setting
Develop and modify treatment plans based on individual needs and progress
Document patient progress and collaborate with referring providers
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Current Physical Therapy license
Previous outpatient experience preferred
Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
