- Total Compensation Package: Valued between $98,000-$111,000. n
- Annual Salary: $80,000–$90,000, based on experience and qualifications. n

nAbout the Role
nEyas Landing - Avondale offers a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy , a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) , ADHD , sensory processing disorder , and other neurodiverse needs.
nAs a Physical Therapist (PT) Department Lead / Supervisor at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will provide physical therapy to children and families while overseeing a team of Physical Therapists. You'll foster each child's mobility, gross motor development, and functional independence growth.
nResponsibilities:

- Providing individualized therapy and therapeutic rotations n
- Implementing therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Developmental Treatment, Motor Skills Acquisition, and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM) n
- Collaborating daily with occupational and speech therapists, as well as social workers n
- Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care n
- Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Physical Therapists to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth n
Knowledge and Skills Required:

- Required credentials to practice physical therapy. n
- Experience working with children and/or clients with special needs preferred. n
- Competencies: bold contributor, holding other accountable, dealing with ambiguity, and developing employees. n
