Premium Rate Physical Therapist
Premium rate part-time needed 15 hours per week. The premium rate is $70 per hour. PRN PT opening in Carmel, IN for our continuing care retirement community. Requirements for Physical Therapist:
IN PT license required
Physical Therapist Assistant degree required
