Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a PRN Physical Therapist.

  Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings

  n

• n

  Review physician referrals and medical records to determine appropriate therapy

  n
n
• n

  Deliver direct patient care following established protocols and best-practice guidelines

  n
n
• n

  Document evaluations, daily notes, progress updates, and discharge summaries in a timely manner

  n
n
• n

  Oversee care provided by PT assistants and rehab technicians

  n
n
• n

  Establish goals and implement comprehensive physical therapy programs to achieve them

  n
n
• n

  Communicate clearly with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance representatives

  n
n
• n

  Complete required reporting, including workers' compensation updates and incident documentation

  n
n

Qualifications

n
• n

  Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.

  n
n
• n

  Current or upcoming Physical Therapy state of MI license and CPR certification

  n
n
• n

  Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment

  n
n
• n

  Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office,
