Responsibilities

BSW Rehab Plano West Parker is seeking a full-time physical therapist who is passionate about treating a diverse orthopedic patient population. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment that supports clinical excellence and professional growth.

  Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment

  n

• n

  Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day

  n

• n

  Timely and accurate documentation usingTherapEBridge

  n

• n

  Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports

  n
n
• n

  Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately

  n
n
• n

  Promoting continuous quality improvement

  n
n
• n

  Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed

  n

Qualifications

n
• n

  Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.

• n

  Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
