Kessler Rehabilitation Center , Position: Physical Therapist , Location: Plainsboro, NJ , Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours weekly , Compensation: $85,000-$110,000 annually , Sign-on Bonus: up to $5,000 , Incentive: Student Debt Benefit Program and annual bonus plan

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and appropriately progress individualized treatment plans.
• Provide thorough education to patients and caregivers, and plan discharge when medically appropriate.
• Participate in departmental initiatives and demonstrate effective communication with all rehab team members.
• Facilitate professional growth, development and overall improvement of departmental performance.
• Perform other professional duties associated with patient care, discipline-specific therapy services, and program delivery design.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid New Jersey State Physical Therapy License/Registration (required to start).
• Prior experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred; entry level/New Grad acceptable.
