The Emerald Peek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and short-term rehab facility in Peekskill, NY. The PT will complete comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Working in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, you will participate in care planning, educate residents and families, support safe discharge and long-term outcomes, and uphold high standards of clinical excellence, dignity, and quality of life.
