nKey Responsibilities
nEvaluate patients and identify rehabilitation needs
nDevelop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
nProvide skilled outpatient physical therapy services
nMonitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
nEducate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
nMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
nCollaborate with physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
nParticipate in community outreach and referral development
nProvide an exceptional patient experience while contributing to the growth and success of the clinic
nQualifications
nGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
nActive Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Texas licensure
nInterest or experience in orthopedic, balance/vestibular, or pelvic health rehabilitation
nTraining and mentorship available for clinicians interested in expanding their skill set
nCurrent BLS/CPR certification
nStrong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
nTeam-oriented approach and commitment to ongoing professional growth
nNew graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply
nCompensation & Benefits
nCompetitive annual salary: $85,000-$110,000, based on experience and qualifications
