Responsibilities
- Conduct initial patient evaluations to identify physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions to patients, focusing on strengthening, mobilizing, and educating them on proper techniques
- Develop and implement creative and effective treatment plans to achieve patient goals and outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient results
- Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices by attending continuing education courses and workshops
Requirements
- Physical Therapist degree from an accredited institution
- Current Board Certification in Physical Therapy (BPTh)
- Minimum of 0 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist
