UCHealth is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist specializing in neuro and orthopedic care. In this role, you will evaluate and treat adult patients with neurologic and musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based interventions.
Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, providing gait, balance, and functional training, and delivering manual therapy and therapeutic exercise. You will document in the EMR, collaborate closely with physicians and rehab team members, educate patients and families, and contribute to quality and process improvement.
