Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Salary Range: $83-105k (Depending on Experience)

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our Client's outpatient team. This position is ideal for new graduates, offering mentorship, continuing education opportunities, and a supportive environment to develop clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy and guide patients through therapeutic exercises.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Stay updated on best practices and evidence-based treatments in physical therapy.

Qualifications

• Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• State licensure (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
