FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Franklin, Massachusetts is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient team. We're a close-knit clinic that believes exceptional patient care starts with giving clinicians the time and resources to focus on the person in front of them — not rushing from patient to patient.

Here, you'll provide true 1:1 patient care with no double-booking, work alongside experienced clinicians who genuinely enjoy collaborating and mentoring, and have the opportunity to grow your skills across a diverse patient population.

And if you're a new or recent graduate, we'd love to hear from you. You won't be expected to figure everything out on your own — you'll have experienced clinicians around you for mentorship, support, and collaboration as you build your confidence as a PT.

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts or eligible to obtain Massachusetts licensure

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Experienced PTs and new/recent graduates are welcome

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Team-oriented, positive approach

• Desire to continue learning and growing clinically

• Most importantly, a genuine commitment to providing individualized, high-quality patient care
