Position: Full-Time Outpatient Physical TherapistLocation: NovaCare in Mitchellville, MDCompensation: $83,000 - $105,000Incentives: Indefinite loan assistance and a $10,000 sign-on bonus  available

• Orthopedics
• Vestibular disorders
• Oncology rehabilitation (ReVital program)

We welcome new graduate physical therapists and offer on-site mentorship from experienced clinicians. Our team averages 10–12 patients per day , with 60-minute evaluations and 45-minute treatment sessions , allowing for meaningful, personalized care.

Schedule:  Monday through Friday, with two evenings per week, treating from 10 AM until 7 PM (last patient scheduled one hour prior).

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school 
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification
