Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients through history, assessment, and goal‑setting.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans focused on recovery and functional independence.
• Provide one‑on‑one therapy sessions with a strong emphasis on education and engagement.
• Collaborate with directors, aides, and coordinators to ensure seamless patient care.
• Accurately document progress per company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT).
• Active Physical Therapy license in MA (or eligibility prior to start).
• Strong clinical reasoning, diagnostic skills, and manual therapy expertise.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; strong new grads encouraged to apply.
