Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients through history, assessment, and goal‑setting.
- Design and implement customized treatment plans focused on recovery and functional independence.
- Provide one‑on‑one therapy sessions with a strong emphasis on education and engagement.
- Collaborate with directors, aides, and coordinators to ensure seamless patient care.
- Accurately document progress per company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT).
- Active Physical Therapy license in MA (or eligibility prior to start).
- Strong clinical reasoning, diagnostic skills, and manual therapy expertise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; strong new grads encouraged to apply.
