The Emerald Peek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation facility in Peekskill, NY. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with a focus on functional recovery, mobility, and quality of life. You will develop individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, and document progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
Working within a compassionate, collaborative, interdisciplinary team, you’ll partner with nursing, physicians, and other therapists to support residents and their families throughout the rehab and long-term care journey, contributing to a culture of dignity, respect, and clinical excellence.
