The Emerald Peek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and short-term rehab facility in Peekskill, NY. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to support functional recovery, mobility, and safety.
