A growing outpatient healthcare practice in Orange, NJ is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT with an interest in orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and injury rehabilitation.

The Opportunity

The practice primarily treats patients recovering from accidents and injuries, including conditions involving the neck, back, spine, and extremities. Physical therapy and chiropractic care are provided in a collaborative clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions

• Address pain, mobility limitations, and functional impairments

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Develop home exercise and rehabilitation programs

• Educate patients on recovery and injury prevention

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals

• Support a positive, professional patient experience

Qualifications

✔️ Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent

✔️ Current NJ PT license or eligibility for NJ licensure

✔️ Strong knowledge of physical therapy and rehabilitation

✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔️ Patient-centered approach

✔️ Outpatient, orthopedic, or injury-rehabilitation experience preferred
