In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care under the direction of a Physical Therapist, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional activities to restore mobility and independence. You’ll document progress in our EMR, educate patients on home programs, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
