Chiropractor or Physical Therapist – In-Home Neurologic Rehab

We’re seeking a licensed Chiropractor or Physical Therapist to provide in-home evaluations and treatment for patients recovering from brain injuries. Ideal for clinicians looking for flexible, independent, patient-focused work outside a traditional clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Perform in-home evaluations and treatment for TBI/post-concussion patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with neurologists and multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
- Active DC or Physical Therapist license
- Experience with neurologic, vestibular, or post-concussive patients preferred
- Comfortable working independently in patient homes
