Position: Physical Therapist
Location: Somerset
Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours weekly
Compensation: $85,000-$110,000 annually depending on years of experience
Incentive: Student Debt Benefit Program and annual bonus plan

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist
- Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and appropriately progress individualized treatment plans.
- Provide thorough education to patients and caregivers in an understandable manner, and plan discharge appropriately when medical necessity no longer indicates skilled therapeutic care.
- Participate in departmental initiatives and demonstrate effective communication with all rehab team members.
- Facilitate professional growth, development and overall improvement of departmental performance.
- Perform other professional duties associated with patient care, development of discipline‑specific therapy services, and design of program delivery.
- Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
- Valid New Jersey State Physical Therapy License/Registration required to start.
- Prior experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred; entry‑level/New Grad acceptable.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy.
- Valid New Jersey State Physical Therapy License/Registration.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred; new graduates acceptable.
