Summary:
The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients referred and provides instructions and assistance to patient's families as indicated.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluates and treats patients referred and provides instructions and assistance to patient's families as indicated.
- Effectively works with and supervises physical therapist assistants and students.
- Provides timely documentation for medical records/insurance needs per division protocol.
- Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of the patients served regardless of age.
- Other duties as required.

Technical Expertise
- Experience in physical therapy is required.
- Experience working with all levels within an organization is required.
- Experience in healthcare is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required.
Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelors in Physical Therapy is required; Masters or Doctorate preferred.
- Certification: Ohio Physical Therapist licensure is required.
- Years of relevant experience: Minimum 3 years is preferred.
- Years of experience supervising: None.
