Job Description

Provide outpatient physical therapy services in patients’ homes across the San Diego area and surrounding locations. This role is independent, flexible, and tech‑supported.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement home‑based PT treatment plans.
• Document sessions using Luna Auto‑Charting.
• Use Luna Safety Shield for patient safety.
• Prescribe and monitor exercises via the Luna app.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics with patients and families.
• Maintain accurate billing and administrative records.
• Ensure compliance with state licensure and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid state PT license.
• 1+ year of clinical experience in the U.S.
• Liability insurance and CPR/BLS certification.
• Reliable personal transportation (outside city centers).
