Job Description

We are looking for experienced, collaborative clinicians to provide outpatient PT services to patients’ homes in the San Diego area (and nearby locations). This is outpatient therapy delivered to the patient’s home, NOT typical home health. As a physical therapist, your role focuses on helping others and preventing burnout via technology, community, and equitable compensation.

Job Requirements

• State‑specific PT license
• Reliable personal transportation for out‑of‑city practice
• 1+ years US experience
• Liability insurance
• CPR/BLS
