CareRite Centers is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide PRN therapy services in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. In this on-site role, you will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life for post-acute and long-term care populations.
