We are looking for a full-time Physical Therapist who wants to practice physical therapy the way they imagined they would when they first entered the profession.

This is an on-site outpatient position in Brevard County / the Greater Melbourne Area.

You'll evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care, provide skilled hands-on and exercise-based treatment, educate patients, progress functional rehabilitation, and help people return to meaningful activities.

But equally important: we want you to think.

We want clinicians who are curious about why someone hurts, who enjoy solving difficult problems, who communicate with their patients, and who understand that excellent physical therapy isn't simply moving someone through a list of exercises.

You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with other PTs, PTAs, OTs, referring providers, and members of the patient's healthcare team while maintaining the clinical autonomy expected of a licensed professional.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Florida licensure
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient evaluation skills
• Ability to develop and progress individualized plans of care based on patient presentation, goals, and response to treatment
• Commitment to evidence-informed, patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to educate patients in a way they can understand and apply outside the clinic
• Professional, ethical, dependable, and accountable
• Comfortable collaborating with therapists, support staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Willingness to learn, grow, receive feedback, and contribute to the development of the team

• You enjoy outpatient orthopedics and musculoskeletal rehabilitation
• You like solving complicated cases rather than following a formula
• You believe exercise and education should create independence rather than dependence on therapy
• You value hands-on care when clinically appropriate
• You enjoy building relationships with patients
• You want autonomy but also enjoy collaborating with other clinicians
