Role Description This full-time Physical Therapist role is an on-site position based in Lansdowne, VA. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to address pain, improve mobility, and restore function. Daily responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, documenting progress, coordinating care with other healthcare professionals, and educating patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention. The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical records, adhering to best practices and regulatory standards, and contributing to a positive, team-oriented clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge to a variety of orthopedic and sports-related conditions.
• Experience in Rehabilitation and Patient Care, including designing and progressing treatment plans based on functional goals and patient response.
• Ability to provide and coordinate Home Care instructions, including clear guidance on home exercise programs and ongoing management strategies.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program; current or eligible Virginia state Physical Therapist license.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to equitable, respectful, and inclusive patient interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and manage a varied caseload in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Prior experience in sports medicine, orthopedics, or outpatient physical therapy is preferred but new graduates encouraged to apply.
