  Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions

  Coach patients through exercise, movement retraining, and progressive loading

  Use manual therapy when it meaningfully improves outcomes

  Make clinical decisions-not just follow protocols

  Document efficiently during the workday (no take-home notes)

Qualifications

  Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in Washington State

  Base salary: $90,000 - $105,000 (based on experience)
