Position Summary
nTo administer physical therapy evaluations and treatments according to the established standard of physical therapy, physician’s referral, and physical therapy plan of care.
nPrimary Position Responsibilities
nEvaluates all patients by identifying the patient's primary problems and develops a treatment plan.
nPerforms and modifies or updates patient treatment programs to maximize patient outcomes.
nDocuments information to assure continuity of care and maximize reimbursement.
nMaintains schedule to attain productivity standards.
nProvides supervision to PTA, PT/PTA students and various levels of support personnel and volunteers.

nMinimum Education:

nBachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
nPreferred:
nMaster’s Degree in Physical Therapy, Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy
