Cone Health seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist I or II to deliver evidence-based care in our outpatient setting. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. You will collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, document care using EMR, and educate patients and families on home programs and injury prevention.
