Physical Therapist - Home Health Visits

*$7500 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time*

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for full-time, part-time, or per diem home health visits in Howard County, Maryland.

Requirements include:

• One year of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Availability to see patients between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform home visits and diagnostic tests such as mobility, strength, and balance assessments.
• Implement wound care interventions.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans, including therapeutic exercises and gait training.
• Educate clients and family members on rehabilitative activities.
• Document client care using electronic tablets.

Qualifications:

• Maryland Physical Therapist license.
• At least one year of recent PT experience.
• Graduation from an APTA-approved program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Computer proficiency; EMR experience preferred.
