What You’ll Do
- Perform assessments to evaluate patients’ functional abilities and measure progress
- Design and carry out evidence‑based treatment plans that help patients regain independence and mobility
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including Nursing, Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists
- Supervise PTAs and Home Health Aides to ensure consistency and quality of care
- Build relationships that foster trust, confidence, and healing in every home

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (required)
Experience
- 1 year of Physical Therapy experience (preferred)
Licenses & Certifications
- Active Physical Therapy License (PT) – Virginia Department of Health Professions (required upon hire)
- CPR/BLS Certification – AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required within 30 days)
- Valid Driver’s License (required; frequent travel using personal vehicle)
