Position Title

Physical Therapist – Home Health

Location

Calico Rock, AR (Coverage Area: 50‑mile radius surrounding Calico Rock)

Schedule & Duration

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. 6+ months contract with potential for extension.

Compensation

• Local Pay: $50.00 – $56.00 per hour (W‑2)
• Travel Pay Package: up to $2,700 per week gross (includes weekly non‑taxable stipend)
• Weekly Hour Guarantee: 32–40 hours
• Mileage Reimbursement: Yes (from first patient to last patient)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform PT evaluations for home health patients.
• Conduct PT reassessments to monitor patient progress.
• Complete PT Start of Care (SOC) visits for new home health admissions.
• Provide PT treatment visits as needed.
• Deliver physical therapy services in a home health setting.

Qualifications & Certifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of assignment.
• Home Health experience required.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned coverage area.
• CPR certification.
