Responsibilities
Administer physician-prescribed physical therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence, in accordance with the plan of care and under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager. Work to improve or minimize residual physical disabilities and return individuals to their optimum functional level within their capabilities.
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington, or planning to relocate to Washington.
