Rockville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center seeks a full-time Physical Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to seniors and medically complex residents. In this onsite role, you will evaluate functional status, create personalized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate residents and families, document progress, and support safe transitions of care, all within a resident-centered, dignity-focused environment.
