Rockville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center seeks a full-time Physical Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based rehab services to seniors and medically complex residents. In this on-site role, you will assess functional status, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, and safety. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate residents and families, document progress, and support safe discharges, all within a resident-centered, dignity-focused care environment.
