The Emerald Peek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide skilled rehabilitation services in our resident-centered, skilled nursing environment. In this on-site role, you will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
