The Emerald Peek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and short-term rehab facility in Peekskill, NY. In this on-site role, you will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate residents and families, document care in the EMR, and support our mission of dignity, respect, and clinical excellence in both subacute rehab and long-term care settings.
