The Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking an Experienced Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients requiring rehabilitation in a long-term care setting.
The PT will develop and administer individualized treatment programs, document patient progress, and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants under the direction of the Rehabilitation Director. A valid NJ PT license and graduation from an accredited program are required.
