Wellstar Health System is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide PRN, patient-centered rehabilitative care across our Georgia locations. In this role, you will assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based physical therapy treatments to restore function, reduce pain, and improve mobility for diverse patient populations. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized care plans, document progress, and ensure safe discharges.
