About the Role:
As a Physical Therapist at Florence Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, you will work with a diverse population of patients, from young children to seniors, who are recovering from illnesses, injuries, or surgeries. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement personalized rehabilitation plans, utilizing a variety of techniques, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, to help patients regain strength, flexibility, and mobility.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans
- Implement and modify treatment programs to meet patient goals, using a variety of evidence-based techniques and modalities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in staff development and continuing education to stay current with best practices in physical therapy
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Alabama
