Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Floater to provide high-quality, patient-centered rehab services across our skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. In this role, you will deliver evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to improve seniors’ mobility, function, and quality of life. As a floater, you will flexibly support multiple locations, ensuring consistent coverage and continuity of care.
You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document thoroughly in EMR, educate patients and families, and participate in quality and fall-prevention initiatives.
