Core Responsibilities
- Clinical Care : Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
- Documentation : Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
- Leadership : Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
- Compliance : Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
Qualifications
- Education : Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
- Licensure : Current state licensure and CPR certification.
- Skills : Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
- Physical Ability : Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and remain active (standing/walking) throughout the shift.
