Core Responsibilities

•Assess & Diagnose: Evaluate incoming patients to identify functional limitations, strength deficits, and pain points.

•Develop Treatment Plans: Establish customized, objective care goals and select targeted modalities to restore patient function.

•Adapt Care: Continuously monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans dynamically as conditions change.

•Build Rapport: Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that builds long-term trust and engagement.

•Collaborate: Participate actively in a supportive team environment to share insights and optimize clinic workflows.

Qualifications & Requirements

•Licensure: Current New York State (NYS) Physical Therapist license in good standing.

•Experience: All experience levels welcome. New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!

•Physical Capability: Ability to safely handle the physical workload inherent to clinical physical therapy.

•Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to connect with patients.

•Problem Solving: Strong independent thinking and clinical reasoning capabilities.
