Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to assess and treat patients in our facility. The PT will design and manage treatment plans based on individual capacity and physician direction, and document outcomes throughout care.
The candidate will supervise PT Assistants, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure adherence to confidentiality, HIPAA, and residents' rights. Prior geriatric care experience is preferred.
