Physical Therapist (Outpatient)

Job Type: Full-Time, Direct-Hire

Base Pay Range : $85,000 - $110,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands‑on therapy and guide patients through therapeutic exercises.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Stay updated on best practices and evidence‑based treatments in physical therapy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• State licensure (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced outpatient setting.
