Physical Therapist - Compact State

Working three days a week at the clinic in Greenwood, SC and two days remotely, the full-time Physical Therapist - Compact State will provide digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring, while developing personalized care plans for a diverse patient population. Key responsibilities Develop and deliver personalized plans of care for patients with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses Utilize digital platforms to conduct telehealth visits, including evaluations and treatment plan development Collaborate with in-clinic providers and support operations to enhance digital service delivery and patient care Required qualifications Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program Active Physical Therapy state license or in the process of obtaining one Experience in digital/telehealth services preferred Commitment to providing exceptional quality of care Ability to measure patient outcomes using advanced software
